Beauty and the Beast Instrumental Music – Prologue
Here is the instrumental music of the prologue without the narration and sound effects. It’s a chilling piece by Alan Menken. Enjoy. If you want to see Alan Menken’s complete scores released by Disney, please download the document below. You’ll need Microsoft Word to open it. www.4shared.com
@Jade999333 yeah, I mean there’s strict and strict!
@SainaTsukino She’s just strict. You know, nipping this king of behavior in the bud.
I’m just kidding, my brother is ten, if a enchantress turned HIM into a beast, I’d beat her up and probably be turned into one too.
@Krysy yeah, it seems like the fairy was over reacting to an average little 10 years old brat
@SainaTsukino Yeah I though that it was all cruel punishment for a 10 year old boy. I was explaining that to my mother the other day.
@salcedo911 when the good people at Disney died :/
The only thing that bothers me is that the curse’s deadline is at 21, see, and Light (or was it Clock?) says they’ve been waiting for ten years when they meet the girl.
so when he got the curse… math says he was around 10…?
@Samenus
Sorry, I know the piece of which you speak, “Aquarium” from the Carnival of the Animals and this sounds nothing like it.
@LordAlucardsbride They’re probably at a KE$HA concert….
The piece was actually a work by Saint-Saens called “Carnival of Animals”. But Menken did a fabulous job putting his own flair to the original piece
Oh man, I’ve been in love with this since the very first time I heard it, damn that seems a long time ago now
Omg. This sounds Just like the opening for Chocolat. I know this was made first but wow they’re soooo much alike.
This is perhaps the most beautiful yet tradic song Ever. Takes me back to my childhood…
i personally like all the Disney movies, but since 1999 when i saw that movie for the first time(i was 4) my heart belongs to “Beauty and The Beast” and no other movie can ever replace it. So i wasn’t dreaming about a prince on a white horse, i was dreaming about a prince, i mean a beast who was a prince, so i could fall in love with him and then turn him into a beautiful person from the outside and keep the beautiful soul from the inside.
does anyone know who made this piece? I’ve heard this before but I can not remember for the life of me
I like this music.
Steve Vai – Building the Church
La disney ha cambiato tutt’altro genere!
This is my favorite Disney movie of all time. Thumbs up if you agree!
the haunting music is so beautiful and mystical…. and without the narration, it becomes easier to focus on the stained glass pictures…the art is so wonderful!
@nancydrew365 : I think he did something similar with Edward Scissorhands..
I think Tim Burton should do a live action film of this film.
One Word: Surreal
When i was little, listening to this part, it was like i was trapped in a cave, with no hopes, the landscape at the beggining is so beautiful and still you feel the sadnes underneath
Thats why, it was my favorite of all disney movies, this sad and hopless feeling, that made me love the Beast
as a child this was my favorite part, so unic
