@prutyladyd07 I’ve lost over 100 pounds on a simpler no-gimmick diet… which includes big macs! In fact I eat junk food almost every day and I still lost that weight, and I’m still losing. It’s all about calories in and out and that’s it.

why the extremes? just don’t be fat like an average American, and you’ll be fine, it more important to get the needed nutriants and food at the needed amounts…
@prutyladyd07 Well losing weight isn’t exactly “normal”, therefor normal isn’t what you are supposed to do when losing weight. When you stabilize your weight to something more healthy and stop exercising so much, then I suppose 1,500 would be suffice.

@timgillan… People serious about their health weight their food. We have two food scales and no one in our house has a weight problem. You shouldn’t need to be told anything. Why does someone have to explain to you people how to stay healthy. You all know what you’re doing wrong- stop eating crap and starting eating real foods (fruits and veggies). Eat correct portions and get your butts off youtube and go workout and you’d have no weight issues.
@tostrong4you…. 1500 calories is more than enough for normal people. If you’re an extreme athletic than eat more.
@Endymion766… You stayed fat because you didn’t do any of them. You should be eating every 2-3 hours. That doesn’t mean a Big Mac, it means small meals and a lot of veggies. If you ingest more calories than you burn you’re not going to lose weight. It’s common sense. Work out more, eat better, and smaller portions.
I am interested what time of the day is the best to workout. I workout at 7pm and don’t eat after. is it right time or not?

@goozieFALK start swimming, its the best cardio workout out there, i myself lose around 1700 calories a day from 2hrs of vigorous practice, i usually swim about 7200 yards a day, this on top of strength training(what the video said), with small weights and even the bigger machines and dumbells. You will lose the pounds and gain much more muscle.
Im15 years old guy,1.65 meters long and I weight 53 kilos.I have some fat on my body and a small beer belly that I want to lose. its not much fat, and u cant see that I have fat just on the stomach. please give me some tips on how much calories I should get per day? how can I lose the fat fast? and how fast? can I lose all my fat in 2 weeks if I do workout every second day and run every third day and eat wealthy + play football and everything? ask your self how many hours were you hungry today. if it was less than 4 your a fatty eating for two. period.
Good advice – the only thing i would emphasise is that strength training is going to help you lose more weight than a pure cardio workout.
Read up on HIIT or HIT to get more information on this.
