Filipino’s enjoy home cooked meals and really take time to make it. Asides from being known to serving exotic goodies, a home cooked Adobo is one of their specialty. A dish that fits to any occasion mostly served at birthday, farewell, wedding and pool parties.
All over the world, Adobo is introduced as one of the best and favored marinates mix. Food critiques loved the new marinate due to its spiciness, filled with rich colors and a well balanced mixture of the soy sauce and vinegar. This is one of the foods that the Filipino’s are very proud of.
Whenever tourists visit our country locals serve them with Filipino Adobo and they actually loved it. Some would even ask the recipe so that when they go back to their country they will be able to pass down what they have learned. Many of those enjoy Filipino cuisines.
