@BodyPerformanceTV this is true but so too can carbohydrates but good fats are harder to binge on. dont get me wrong you offer very good advice for people who are overweight and new you just seem to get a lot of people who think they are pro bodybuilders commenting too the statement was more aimed at people already at a good level of fitness.
@nojhead Good fats can still make you as fat as bad fats.
i think you should make it more clear about the low fat should be low saturated/trans fat as unsaturated are good for you they helps improve heart health and help prevent depression and cancer and increase testosterone. active people actually help reduce body fat by eating more fats just look at the maasai tribe their diet is mainly meat milk and cow blood very high fat diet and yet they are still very lean i know they are very active too but similar principles can be applied with moderation.

@Alive4Metal YES. The fat you eat turns into the fat on your body. And so can the protein and carbs you eat. You’re an idot…and I’m being nice.
dietary fat turning into body fat… uh. right, no wonder people think fat makes you fat when professionals keep spewing out that nonsence…

I was told that if I eat a quarter of my meal every 15 minutes instead of all at once that it would help me lose weight by reducing my hunger level so I feel full and will eat less. Is their foods I should eat more of at the beginning to fill me up faster? Like should I eat all my vegetables first then eat the meat, and then the carbs? I was 355 lbs a month ago when I started and am down to 336, but I still eat most of the meal and stop even though I feel hungry, but I want to lose weight.
hey i would like to know…whats the minimum amount of calories do we need a day for working out…
Good fats promote human growth hormone and testosterone.. No doubt steve knows this. Fat is good for you in optimal quantities.
Absolutely.
does sugar converts into fat?
Although true, I guess, you should still eat good fats like nuts….
No it’s not bad for you but remember it still has calories.
is honey bad for u? i hear its natural sugar that the body immediately uses biologically through active transport. i could go through almost a small bottle of honey easy in a week.
exactly the video i was looking for
HEY steve i need your help please ive been working out for to years already and yes ive made some changes ive gain muscle and lose some fat my hight is 5.9 and i weight 153pounds but what i want is abs ive build muscle in my stomach but i cant get rid of the lafer of fat covering it what can i do
No again he is wrong protein when it is absorb is protein when your body has has its fill you pee it out.Take some creatine and hit the gym.
Dont listen to this cunt
Good fats contain calories just like bad fats. They will both add calories and therefore weight – body fat.
thats horse buddy. good fats will not make you fat. that is a rather broad and glib statement. flax, primrose, coconut oils, almonds, to name a few, will help stablise blood sugar levels and allow for a greater nitrogen balence within the body which creates a perfect anabolic, muscle building/fat buring enviroment. that is a rather broad and glib statement.
There are good fats BUT they contain as many calories as bad fats and they will make you fat too!
gimmick
what about metabolic typing? have you checked up on that? that means we are inividuals who some of us function better on x type of diet ie high protein while others not..
