@13mafiagirl My guess if if they have hemophillia. if you think about it, a lot of royal families had it 200+ years ago. It’s a condition that if one bleeds their blood either coagulates slowly or not at all, meaning the bleeding can’t stop once started or wont stop in time. one can bleed to death
