Diet pills advertisements are everywhere, from the counters to banners, magazines, websites, hoardings, electronic display board and neon signs. These weight loss drugs are getting their fair share of publicity and visibility nowadays. The media onslaught is so huge that a normal customer is baffled when it comes to take a decision to choose prescription diet pills for him. People keep wondering about the truth behind the claims, facts, hype and myths around those promotions and press releases. Medical scientists also are critical of such campaigns as they discovered that their own clinical studies of the drugs were found to be contradictory to the claims made by the pharmaceutical companies. War of words goes on between the companies and the experts about the safe use of Adipex diet pills.

This confuses the users a lot who want to choose an effective diet pill to reduce their weight. Obesity continues to haunt many but some of the people are really scared to take weight loss pills or carb blockers, simply because of the fears that it may have some side-effects. A layman who does not know much about the drugs and the formulations of the drugs and its allergic reactions is quite baffled, and continuous bombardment of advertisements and promos only helps to increase it. Drug makers say one thing and the medical experts opine a different view altogether. In their tall claims they reject the safety concerns as hype woven around unfounded fears, whereas drug experts and scientists keep on warning the people over the use of these prescription diet pills.

There are certain drugs which are harmful, but the warning given on their labels is not sufficient to alarm a person until a stern criticism comes from a rival drug maker. This becomes even more confusing when the drug manufacturers hire the experts to deliberately put down a brand and promote their own generic version. On the websites which are dedicated to this purpose this contradiction is magnified. As they very openly denounce a product and promote a parallel drug calling it extremely safe and effective. Diet pills for women are no exception to this war of words. There are certain drugs which are unisex, but in some advertisement women are asked to stay away from a particular diet pill. However to choose the best diet pills is still not a rocket science; what you need is an impartial medical practitioner or your primary care physician, who would guide you what to take and what not to take. Make sure the practitioner is licensed and has a good reputation.
