Just before going for metabolism diet you should know the fundamental concept of Metabolism. Metabolism is a series of procedure that contains both physical and chemical reactions required to burn up the calories within the cells of living organisms.
Metabolism diet plan is usually utilized to enhance the metabolism rate in the body. Metabolism diet is a 7-day meal diet plan which is helpful in creating stable BMR (basal metabolic rate) in our body. The principal purpose of this metabolism diet plan is to boost up the metabolism rate and lose weight by selecting some food items at certain quantity at some certain interval of times.

Here is the list of Metabolism Diet plan menu to enhance the metabolism rate: Prior to going for diet program please make a habit of drinking 4 to 6 glasses of water per every day.

Meatabolism Diet strategy for day1:

Breakfast: Have a breakfast of tea or coffee with diet sugar pills

Dinner: Take 10 ounces of ham with 1 cup of tomato salad and 2 cups of green beans.

Breakfast: Have a breakfast of tea or coffee wit diet sugar pills and 1 water cracker.
Lunch: Take 1 boiled eggs with one cup of carrot salad.
Dinner: Take 1 cup of fruit salad and 1 cup of cheese with one cup of yogurt.

Metabolism Diet program for day five:
Breakfast: Have a breakfast of tea or coffee wit diet plan sugar pills and one cup of raw carrot along with lemon juice.
Lunch: Take fish fillet with tomato salad.
Dinner: Take a green salad along with steak.

Metabolism Diet strategy for day 6:
Breakfast: Have a breakfast of tea or coffee wit diet plan sugar pills
Lunch: Take broiled chicken
Dinner: Take 1 cup of raw carrot with 2 boiled eggs. .

Metabolism Diet plan strategy for day 7:
Breakfast: Have a breakfast of lemon tea
Lunch: Take 2 cups of fruit salad with 8 ounce of broiled steak.
Dinner: Take some light weight food which contains more protein content.
